The Annual Meeting will be rescheduled once the stay-at-home order is lifted. The packets of information for homeowners will be mailed out sometime in the future – date TBD. The packets are approximately 95% finished.

ON Monday March 23rd, the Governor made an Executive Order (No. 20.12) which states that all outdoor sport courts and playground equipment areas are to be closed immediately and remain closed until the Governor states otherwise (item #20).

Locks are being placed on the sport courts along with a sign. There is no way to restrict access to the various playgrounds, unfortunately. The best we can do is post signs on the equipment.

Regarding the Rec Center:

The “Stay Home, Save Lives” order also prohibits non-essential social and recreational gatherings of individuals outside of a home or place of residence, regardless of size (item #1a) and prohibits the operation of any social or private clubs, indoor party places, arcades and youth clubs (item #2).

Effective immediately,  meetings or gatherings at the Rec. Center cannot be held until the Executive Order is lifted. There currently is not a lift date.

It is understandable that residents may want to keep their reservation date just in case, or schedule future dates, and residents can continue to keep their event on the calendar for reservation purposes, but if the Executive Order is still in effect, the event cannot happen. It is highly recommended that events be rescheduled.
