Please download this packet and bring pages 1 & 2 (double sided please) to the Rec Center. If you do not have a printer, you can go to the Rec Center to pick up a packet to fill out.

EARLY BIRD SWIM:

The Early Bird Swim registration forms are only available at the Rec Center and not available online. You will need to bring $10.00 to the pool during pool hours in order to obtain a key. All keys are numbered and must be returned at the end of the pool season in September.
