We are 309 members strong, a neighborhood made up of single family homes and 2 condominium complexes: Rosa Park Condos & Cross Creek Village Condos.

Our board of directors is a volunteer board, made up of 7 homeowners. We do not use a Property Management company- we are a self-managed and self-maintained association. This helps to keep our dues low, just $360.00 per YEAR, even though we have a pool, a Rec Center and common areas like grassy fields, playgrounds, walking paths and basketball and tennis.

The last increase was in 2016 when the dues were raised from $240 to $360. The increase before that was in 2006, when the dues were raised from $180 to $240. When the development was built in the 1970’s dues were $120/year. Yes, this means dues have been increased only 3 times in 50+ years.

Our amenities include:

  • Recreation Center where you can hold parties and get-togethers, pool parties (during the summer only- Friday or Saturday nights), book club meetings, most anything you can think of. For your enjoyment, the Rec. Center features vintage arcade games, foosball tables, a ping pong table and a billiards table. The association also holds community events here.
  • An outdoor pool fully renovated in 2021 (open during the summer months only – mid-June through early September).
  • Paved pathways connecting cul-de-sacs and greenspaces, several play structures throughout.
  • Fully fenced basketball court and tennis court.
  • An RV/boat lot (with very limited space and a long wait list. RV/boat parking in driveways is strictly prohibited)

Our association is governed by ByLaws, CC&R’s and we also have Property Standards.
