ANNUAL MEETING

SEPTEMBER 16, 2021 @ 7:00 PM

Mark your calendars!

Our Annual Meeting is scheduled for September 16th 2021.  The meeting will begin at 7:30pm, but we invite everyone to come at 7:00 pm to enjoy refreshments, meet your neighbors, meet the current board members and perhaps find out what plans are ahead for Cross-Creek in the next couple of years.

It’s also a perfect time to express an interest in volunteering to serve your community.   Of course, all COVID safety protocols will be enforced.

Per our by-laws, to conduct an effective election we are required to have a quorum of 1/10th of the membership (homeowners) in attendance.  A quorum may be reached either by person or proxy ballots.

With 309 homes in our neighborhood, we need to receive at least 31 ballots.

If you are unable to attend the meeting, please give your ballot to a member who will be in attendance or drop it in the mail slot at the Rec. Center, preferably sooner rather than later so we know the count in advance.  We have included a link / attachment to the proxy ballot for your convenience.

SCHEDULE OF BOARD MEETINGS FOR JULY – DECEMBER, 2021

We are not sure how much longer we will not be able to meet in person. Until then, the Zoom meeting link is: https://us04web.zoom.us/j/3132227551?pwd=bHpNY1dlMEtvVlhQZUxVbWpPeUFaZz09

Online invoicing

This year CCHOA has switched to QuickBooks online. This means a lot of things, but a big one is that we are going GREEN! This means less stamps, envelopes, paper, toner and, the biggest one of all, TIME!

To help us in this endeavor, please opt in to receive your HOA invoices, statements, etc. via email.

Please contact the bookkeeper at or 503-310-3274 and answer with either a yes or no and if it’s a yes, then please either verify or supply us with your email address.

We appreciate it very much. 😁

POOL NEWS FROM THE PRESIDENT

Pool Refresh Update:

Monday evening the pool contractor notified us that they will not finish the pool on time.

They provided various reasons for the delay including labor hours, other jobs, material shortage and coordination of different phases of the job over recent weeks.

At this point we are looking at a pool opening date in early August.  I understand this is not the news the neighborhood, lifeguards, community members, and those that have worked countless hours to open the pool wanted to hear, but I felt it was important to be transparent and to get this information out to the neighborhood as soon as it became available.

Please feel free to contact me at my email  with any feedback that you care to offer.

GREAT NEWS Neighbors!!

I am really excited considering I have been working on getting this project underway since I Joined the board 20 months ago.

Our community has been enrolled into a TSWCD Habitat Conservation Program.

Our HOA is joining forces with Deline HOA and working with Tualatin Soil and Water Conservation District in efforts to stabilize our creeks throughout the neighborhoods. TSWCD and Clean Water Service volunteer all services with community efforts.

There will be a virtual meeting tomorrow with Britta and Joni from TSWCD and Deline HOA.

Britta and Joni (TSWCD) will discuss some of the steps needed to design a natural area that can meet aesthetic, wildlife habitat improvement goals and recreational/user goals.

This process is a community driven project where we are able to work with CWS and TSWCD in efforts to secure our creek banks and help with overall waterflow.
